But if you want to explore and make unique design, i strongly recommend
Adobe Illustrator,
Photoshop or
Corel Draw.

Illustrator is not just a business card software, this is program for vector illustrations, and its easy to use it..
To make a business card, open new document (File/New), size A4, Units: mm, Color mode: CMYK.

Now you have empty paper on your screen. Visualize your business card on it.
Lets get started. Click on a Rectangle Tool on the toolbox on the left side. Now click on a empty space on paper. On the pop-up window enter width 90 and height 52.

You have a shape for your business card, now you need the inner part of it.
Click on a type tool in a toolbox, and click on an empty space out of a business card shape, and write your name.

Choose a font for it by selecting your name and than clicking and selecting font type from a drop down menu, like in this picture.
